Speaking of energized living, I made myself a Green Smoothie for breakfast today and my motor has been running fully charged all morning.
As we become better acquainted, you’ll realize that green smoothies are a constant in my life, particularly at the height of Southern Summer. Why do I love them so and recommend them to my clients?
- They’re easy to prepare, provided you have some avocado, salad and other veggies on hand.
- Adding minced fresh ginger root and fresh herbs - such as mint, cilantro, parsley or basil – makes them particularly taste-amazing.
- They are just about the most delicious, energizing food I can think of in the summer.
