There’s no need to drink soft drinks, given their numerous health hazzards. Healthier beverage alternatives include fruit juice spritzers, water, herbal tea, fruit juice coolers, rice milk or almond milk.

Research has shown that soft drink consumption leads to health problems that include tooth decay, nutritional depletion, obesity, type-2 diabetes, and heart disease. Most soft drinks contain a high amount of simple sugars.
