Your "tips" is interesting. I do nearly all that you suggested. I don't have a need to drop a pants size though that won't hurt. My last meal is at least 3 hours before I retire. I drink no less than 60 oz though I should drink 80 oz. Sometimes on most Saturdays and sometimes on Sundays I may drink less than that. When I first get up I usually drink 20-30oz before I leave the house. I don't eat meat and I limit my dairy that most days I don't eat that. I hardly eat pizza any more unless my wife prepares it without dairy cheese. In short I make every effort to live a healthful lifestyle. I like your recipes. If only I can get my wife to make them . . .

I have recently discovered this perfect snack/power bar. It is just small 1 and a half inch square vegan power bar.It looks like a sample but I find the size to be just right to satisfy my sweet tooth. It's called Indigo Nights made by Everythingraw and it has only 7g of sugar that comes from agave syrup and dates. It is gluten free bar. The company has also other flavors but Indigo Nights with cacao nibs is so far my favorite.
