Here’s a yummy raw vegan “green smoothie” recipe for a Real Breakfast of Champions, healthy snack, pre- or post-workout, or light dinner. The green smoothy is unusual because it does not contain sweet fruit, but instead creamy avocado and live veggies. These ingredients provide alkalizing, energizing, potent nutrition in one delicious drink. Sweetened with the natural herbal sweetener stevia, the green smoothie is also low-glycemic.
